Pastor Stephen Hosea Vongdip is a dedicated leader and visionary committed to building an ethically driven Nigeria. With over 24 years of pastoral experience, he has tirelessly served communities across Northern Nigeria, focusing on spiritual growth, ethical leadership, and social empowerment. Pastor Vongdip holds a Doctorate in Theology and Biblical Counseling from Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburg, Indiana, USA.
As the founder of the Hosea Development and Leadership Foundation, he has created a platform to foster accountability, integrity, and servant leadership. His belief that strong, values-driven leadership is the cornerstone of national transformation fuels the foundation’s mission. Pastor Vongdip’s work emphasizes faith, wisdom, and compassion in leadership—values that he brings to every initiative aimed at uplifting and empowering communities across Nigeria.
